I just wanted to take this opportunity to clear up
some confusion that has been bought to our attention
about the copyright on our Members Only section of our site.
Our official policy is:

The D-Zine (www.darrenhayesmusic.com) website retains
the copyright to all and any exclusive material posted
in the Members Only section. Please do not remove,
copy or distribute any material until it makes its way
to our public section.


To just explain further, Of course we don't mind if
you tell your friends if you find out tour dates and
single releases first on our site. We would love you
to chat about that sort of stuff, we are not asking
you not to talk about the information you read inside
our site. We are simply asking you not to take any of
our photos or content in its entirety and paste it
elsewhere.

We feel very deeply for those who can not afford the
become a member of the D-zine and the last thing in
the world we want to do is suppress information.

We will periodically send the information from the
Members Only site to the public section. From the
public section we are very happy for you to use the
photos and information.
